Our Area

Succasunna Area - Ledgewood Mall, Roxbury Mall, Route 46

The name of Succasunna comes from the Lenni-Lenape Native American word for "Black Rock," most likely due to the rich iron-ore deposits in the area. The community was established circa 1740.

If you happen to wander down historic Main Street - which is slated for revitalization - and you make a stop at the graveyards of the two prominent churches which stand side-by-side, you can see headstones which date back nearly that far.

Internship Liaison

Valued members of our team foster a positive interdisciplinary, collegial relationship among members of various disciplines. Supervisors function as an integral part of our operations and have primary responsibility for quality, expert service delivery.

We are held to the highest standards of competence.

Over the years, cultural and ethnic backgrounds and disabilities of our team members have been varied; people from all walks of life have been welcomed as a part of our team at some time. We are an equal opportunity employer.

Principles Guiding the Internship Opportunity

Internship Offers and Acceptances

There is no specified application cutoff – for any of a number of reasons, students may have been precluded from application due to schedule, registration or other issues outside of their control. We extend our understanding of these special circumstances (a need for modified start, end or vacation date) when possible. Student applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis. A formal orientation / introduction date, however, is set when possible and is based on the number of participating interns. This date is subject to change.
